Baby Playdate

Calvin had another playdate with Van over the weekend. Both of them got so big - they look like little toddlers. At first Calvin was staring Van down. Last time he was here Calvin seemed none too happy to have another boy in the house, so we were waiting to see what Calvin would do this time.

In the end he settled for playing with Van's foot...Not sure what it is with Calvin and feet recently, but Van looked thoroughly confused.

And the foot playing was followed by awkward, "you just played with my foot and it was weird" silence...



Once that passed though they both went about playing. We were so surprised to see how mobile Van was compared to the last time we same him. He's not only crawling, but he can stand and walk around too!




We also discovered that Calvin and Van have not quite got a handle on sharing toys yet. Van, not so much, but Calvin is definitely a toy hog. I guess we'll work on that later...




After the two boys played for a while we got them all bundled up for a walk since it was such a nice day.



Since Thanh and her husband are new to town we headed to Main Street to take a look around and stopped by Antonio's Brick Oven pizza place, one of our favorite pizza places in town (and there are quite a few) for some late lunch. Van looks so comfy all bundled up in his stroller.
