On Steve and Rebecca's final day in NJ we only had time for a quick breakfast at a local diner, Skylark. NJ is known for having lots of malls and 24-hour diners. This is one of the fancier looking diners near our house. We got a nice booth in the back.
Steve and Rebecca are getting ready to fill their bellies for the long trip back to Cleveland.
Phil ordered a corned beef hash omelette.
I had the cinnamon french toast with fresh strawberries and bananas.
And that brings us to the end of our 3 day eating tour with our friends from Cleveland. Full bellies and smiles on our faces - mission complete. Now we'll have to start a new list of places to eat for the next time they visit! ^__^
